1. Nature of Services
Reset With Romain provides educational and supportive sessions focused on self-awareness, mindfulness, meditation, personal growth, healthy habits, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
The services offered are intended to support personal development and are not medical care, psychological therapy, counselling, nutrition services, or any other regulated healthcare service.
2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
Reset With Romain does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe treatments, interpret medical tests, or provide medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
The information and guidance provided are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified medical or mental health professionals whenever appropriate.
3. Client Responsibility
By participating in sessions with Reset With Romain, clients acknowledge that:
They are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Participation is voluntary and self-directed.
4. Informed Consent
Participation in sessions requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the completion of an Informed Consent Agreement, which further outlines the nature, scope, and boundaries of the services provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset With Romain shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in its services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario.
Reset With Romain values clarity and fairness.
Free introductory sessions are offered at no cost and do not require payment.
Paid sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
If a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances on the provider’s side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full, at the client’s choice.
